Dawn Bianca Feinberg BCMT, certified Jivamukti teacher & Licensed movement therapist, is widely recognized as one of the most charismatic and highly respected yoga teachers in South Florida. Her classes, shaped by her warmth and love for movement, are both creative and physically challenging. Dawn’s inspiration for her teachings come from a blend of the breath based essence of ashtanga and the evolving freedom of Jivamukti Yoga. In a typical class you will find inspiring asana topped off with great music and her signature sense of humor. Dawn leads Jivamukti workshops and teacher trainings throughout South Florida weaving in key components gleaned from her daily Mysore practice. Dawn has been blessed with an auspicious line up of amazing teachers.

Yoga teacher | Miami Life Center
In her native Columbia, Emilia Arenas began her yoga journey when her mother invited her to her first yoga class (mothers know best!). Emilia was immediately and deeply drawn to the yogic path and thereafter embarked in her personal exploration through various yoga styles and teachers until she found ashtanga yoga and was instantly hooked. To pursue her passion, Emilia relocated to Miami to study with ashtanga yoga masters Kino Macgregor, Tim Feldmann and Greg Nardi. After completing her apprenticeship under her teachers’ skillful guidance, Emilia was asked to direct the Mysore program at White Orchid Yoga in Clearwater, FL. Emilia currently teaches ashtanga yoga in the Mysore tradition at the prestigious Miami Life Center, where she continues to learn from her teachers and students. On numerous occasions, Emilia has traveled to Mysore, India to study under R. Sharath Jois, recently completing a two-month program of intensive study and practice. Emilia’s passion is teaching her students the beauty and transformative aspects of the practice of ashtanga yoga. Emilia’s classes are filled with joy and enthusiasm, and her intention is to pass on to her students the devotion and dedication that has been shared with her by her teachers.

Gretchen has spent much of her adult life traveling around the world experiencing the cultural, religious, and healing ways of many different people and their countries. Gretchen believes that the more we can learn about each other and our planet, the more respect and love we will have for our own bodies, the people around us, and our environment. Gretchen is honored to create a space where we learn to trust our innate wisdom and to live fully in our creativity, confidence, power, heart, and self. Gretchen’s practice and teaching are ever-evolving, fueled by nature’s beauty and its astounding ability to achieve balance through all kinds of transformation.

Jennifer began her yoga journey over 20 years ago when first introduced to a hatha yoga class. Although an athlete throughout her life, yoga introduced a new dimension of body awareness, balance, flexibility and strength. Eventually Jennifer’s practice expanded to include not just the physical aspects of yoga, but also a deep spiritual awakening and transformation process in all areas of her life. Jennifer completed her teaching certification so that she could share the transformative power of yoga with other seekers. Yoga is not just a practice to Jennifer – it is a way of being in the world. Yoga teaches us to live with compassion for oneself and others and in harmony with nature and all of its inhabitants. Through co-creating the Key West Yoga and Wellness Fest, Jennifer intends to share the love she has for her island home and the gift of yoga and wellness with the world.
Yoga & AcroYoga Teacher
Originally from NC, Ellie Blue began her dance training at age 9 and has over 30 years experience in movement arts. Pursuing her passion for dance, Ellie received her BA in Dance and Theatre from UNC Charlotte. Ellie also obtained her Therapeutic Massage Diploma. She has been practicing yoga since 2003 and became a registered yoga teacher in September 2016. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga One in Hollywood, FL. Combining her dance background, Ellie is also a Level 2 Certified AcroYoga Teacher. She completed her AcroYoga Teacher Trainings with AcroYoga International – L1 AYTT in Mexico & L2 AYTT in Greece.

Erika practices and teaches yoga because she has experienced first hand its transformative power. She loves sharing the benefits of yoga and making the practices accessible to anyone who expresses a desire. As a teacher, Erika strives to create a nurturing space where students can experience the joy of yoga for themselves. Erika began her yoga journey over a decade ago and spent years exploring various styles of yoga. Quite serendipitously, in 2008 she was first introduced to ashtanga yoga in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and immediately she knew she had found her path. That same year, she was blessed to travel to Mysore, India where she studied with R. Sharath Jois. In 2010 she felt inspired to delve deeper, completing her first 200 RYT and beginning to teach. In the years that followed she has undertaken a second 200RYT, completed a year long apprenticeship at Miami Life Center and relocated from Miami Beach to Key West where she currently teaches yoga daily at the Key West Yoga Sanctuary.

Don has been teaching yoga since 2002, with 25 years of diverse experience in fitness instruction and over 30 years of metaphysical studies with a focus on yoga. He has trained in Alchemia Yoga at Dove Star Institute and has practiced diverse styles of yoga including Kripalu Yoga and Svaroopa (Bliss) Yoga. Don is a life long teacher and learner who incorporates compassion and wisdom in his multi-level yoga classes. His warm loving spirit permeates the atmosphere of his classes and invites you to discover the true spirit in you. Don can be found teaching Yoga on the Beach at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park in Key West.

Having studied and practiced yoga, meditation, and intuitive arts for 18 years, Jolie believes these practices are the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and others. As a yoga teacher, a paddleboard yoga instructor, Reiki Level II practitioner, and teacher of kids yoga and meditation classes, Jolie is ever delving deeper into these passions. As a mother of four who found herself embarking on a journey a bit different than expected, Jolie turned toward these practices for healing from depression, anxiety, and at the time what felt like a broken life. In addition to nurturing our soul and spirit, our physical body is the temple. Keeping it strong and healthy is vital to an enlightened life. Being of service to others and aiding them in healing their lives, improving their health, and living authentically is Jolie’s purpose in life.
Yoga Teacher | Ayurvedic Specialist
Emily discovered yoga as therapy for her body after sustaining a serious spinal injury while competing in marathons. It didn’t take long for the internal benefits of yoga to come through and start to change every aspect of how Emily lived her fast-paced life. Emily became a registered yoga teacher and SUP yoga instructor. Shortly afterward, Emily started her own SUP and beach yoga company on the Great Lakes. The calling of more yogic knowledge was so great that she ultimately decided to travel to India to study under a Guru and Swami, earning her RYT 500 with a specialization in Ayurveda. Emily is also a Shamballa Light Reiki Master Teacher. Emily truly lives the teachings of yoga while guiding powerful classes with a pure and kind heart.
Yoga and Pilates Teacher
Natalia has studied and practiced yoga, meditation, and mindfulness all over the world. She draws on her travels and practices to offer unique classes in her hometown of Key West. Natalia’s classes are a nourishing combination of yogic philosophy, challenging asanas, and connection to the breath. Her classes offer opportunity to tap into your inner and outer strength and flexibility whilst settling into your own rhythm and flow. Her broad base of influences and training have been immensely important to her spiritual development. Additionally, Natalia is a Health Coach and practitioner of Thai Yoga Bodywork.
Yoga Teacher | Children’s Yoga Teacher
JJ, a full time physical education teacher, came to yoga through her love of running. After finding her personal yoga practice improved not only her pace & flexibility but also her peace of mind, JJ became a certified yoga teacher in July of 2014. As with most journeys her passion and direction became more clear the following year as she began teaching kids yoga regularly as well as beginning her Yoga for Athletes Certification in 2015. JJ’s vision has only become clearer as time has passed, and she is excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with all.
Stephanie has been practicing yoga for many years and teaching yoga for five. Stephanie’s passion in teaching is offering the therapeutic benefits of physical movements along with the incredibly powerful philosophy of yoga. She currently enrolled in an International Association of Yoga Therapists school, working to become a fully certified Yoga Therapist to continue offering these therapeutic tools in more effective ways. Stephanie’s emphasis in teaching is slowing down so we can begin to explore the body and mind and have a better understanding of how each one of us works in a truly unique way.
Lisa’s interest in yoga began as a physical practice – being curious and excited by the benefits she could see and feel in her body. Over time her interest evolved into a deeper and constant exploration of the mind-body connection. After being certified in the Bikram method in 2003, Lisa continued her studies and teaching in Thailand, Singapore and Bali, leading her to two additional 200 hour certifications in Hatha yoga, meditation and pranayama. Lisa recently received her certification to teach Yoga Trapeze, similar to aerial yoga. Through asana, meditation and pranayama, Lisa believes we can explore and heighten our most genuine selves and that each breath is an opportunity to explore, discover, and find a balance between effort and ease as we develop our ability to balance challenge with peace and to cultivate evenness over intensity in all aspects of our lives.
Michelle is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area where she worked as a paralegal and first began practicing Bikram yoga in the late 1990s. In the spring of 2016, she attended and graduated from Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in India and went on to teach yoga in India, Spain, Italy (where she was certified as a pyroPilates instructor), Latvia, and Florida (USA). After nearly a year of traveling, teaching brought Michelle to Key West, Florida, where she completed her Barre teaching certification. She decided to stay in paradise and opened Next Hot Yoga, a hot yoga studio offering traditional and express Bikram yoga, mat Pilates, Yin, Vinyasa and Barre.
Céline Peccatte started her yoga and meditation journey in 2004. She trained in the Kripalu Tradition as a Yoga Instructor in 2008. Her enthusiasm for teaching comes from her passion to share tools for well being and to guide students on a path of self care, learning to befriend one’s body and mind. Celine has studied yin yoga and mindfulness extensively with Sarah and Ty Powers through their 500 hour Insight Yoga Program. She has also done numerous silent meditation retreats, most recently at the Insight Meditation Society.
Nicolas de Villada
Born in Paris, France, Nicolas moved to Miami with his family when he was four. Growing up Nick felt out of place and began looking for answers in all the wrong places. Struggling to find himself Nick battled several personal problems, but fortunately, through his Fiancé, he found Yoga. Since the moment he began taking his personal practice seriously, Nick began to see the transformational qualities of the practice blooming in his own life. He has completed a 200 hour Power Vinyasa training and a 200 hour equivalent Ashtanga Vinyasa Intensive and assists in the morning Ashtanga and Mysore program daily at the Miami Life Center. Through the practice and teachings of yoga, Nick has found purpose in his life and is eager to share his knowledge and passion of yoga to as many people as possible.
Isabela has been practicing yoga and meditations since she was 3 years old. In 2017, at the age of 11, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification. Bela is an avid artist, swimmer, and honor student in 7th grade. She says that practicing yoga and meditation brings a sense of peace, calm and happiness that she loves to share with others.
Movement brought us from sea to the earth, and sky to sea. Louie perceives us as primordial movers, born into a modern chaos lacking wholesome movement. He seeks to restore this essential and quickly fading aspect in many of our lives. Louie has spent the last three years specializing in arm balance, partner acrobatics, and restorative improvised movement techniques. Join him for exploring any of these and everything between.

Kristen McNamara (KMAC) is a modern-day Renaissance chick, countrified beach hippie at heart who claims music and art as her stamp on the world. At age nine she started performing and writing, then moved out at age 16 to pursue her music career.
She started with funerals and small venues such as the Blue Bird Cafe, to a packed 72,000 seat San Francisco arena, then ending up as a top 3 finalist on CBS’s Star Search with Arsenio Hall in 2003.
Kirsten has opened for acts such as Kenny Chesney, Lonestar, Diamond Rio, Wynnona Judd, Chris Young, Travis Tritt, Alan Jackson, Adam Lambert, Montgomery Gentry, Sara Evans, and Big n’ Rich. Kristen continued her music television experiences as being one of the Top 6 finalists on USA’s Nashville Star with Chris Young in 2006 and Top 15 on FOX’s American Idol Season 8 in 2009.
Her range spans four octaves, she plays guitar and piano, and her song catalog is in the 1000s in all genres of music. Kristen has spent a majority of her life on stage, in the press or inside a recording studio. She recorded 5 albums and has sold over 10,000 records. She wrote over 200 songs last year, and often composes productions and vocals for artists in Los Angeles, Nashville and New York.
Kicking off 2018 with playing a string of shows at Kristen’s home venue, Smokin Tuna Saloon, with Lewis Brice, you can find Kristen and Lewis performing together at the 2018 BMI Songwriters Festival in May. In March 2018 Kristen released her EP “Gypsies” you can find on iTunes and Spotify.
Eric is a musician, songwriter and sound healer, and is passionate about creating powerful healing music with a message of peace, inner harmony and global oneness. Eric began playing the guitar at 11 and by 15 was in his first rock band, Vital Signs. Over the next 30 years, along with graduating from Drexel University with a B.A. in Music/Marketing, he was fortunate to be in a handful of great bands. In 2010, Eric released his first solo CD, “All Over the Place” and embarked on a 6-month tour to support it. He has been touring ever since, although mostly playing in Key West and Colorado. In 2015, he released “Good as Gold” which is a unique sound healing CD that has songs related to the chakras and toning tracks for deep meditation.Eric found yoga in a successful effort to relieve the pain from a pinched nerve. He has been practicing yoga on an amateur level for the past 20 years and loves not just the physical but the deep spiritual practice as well.
Ross Brown is a full-time professional musician living and performing regularly in Key West as well as traveling and performing throughout the U.S. and internationally. Ross has been on a life-long quest to study and perform on guitar, voice and percussion. A regular yoga practitioner for over 10 years, and a certified 200 RYT, Ross has a passion for yoga and self-practice. Making music for yoga and meditation has been an intention and exciting direction.
Jeff began his music career around seven years of age taking piano lessons and singing in the church choir. He has been in numerous select singing groups and rock bands since high school. At Bucknell University he studied guitar, piano, music theory and philosophy and received a minor in music for his efforts. Jeff has been a professional musician for 15 years and has been an integral part in the Key West music scene.

Kelly is a certified aesthetician and has been working in the field for eight years. Kelly is also an aromatherapy and well-being specialist, mind , body and soul. She is passionate about skincare and has an overwhelming desire to help others heal themselves from the inside out by getting to the root of ailments. Kelly believes that by working together we can build a healthy, whole and spiritual experience together.
Licensed massage therapist
Rachael is a Licensed Massage Therapist certified in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial therapy and neuromuscular massage. Rachael is also trained in hot stone, pregnancy, sports massage, population spectrum and hydrotherapy. Her love for making others happy and desire to be the best in the field led her across the country and back for training in various fields. Additionally, Rachael is a Licensed Cosmetologist from The Aveda Institute and a provider of natural nail services, Norvell airbrush tanning, and eyelash extension (Lavish Lashes certified).
Yoga teacher | Massage therapist
Aryn has studied the human body, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and more for over 15 years. She Teaches Hot Vinyasa and Power Flow at Next Hot Yoga and practices massage therapy at Anahara Spa in Key West Florida. Aryn spends half the year in Key West with her 11 year old son, Eli, and spends the rest of year traveling and finding new adventures in new spaces. They love to travel, snorkel and spend time with family and friends as well as meet new ones.
