WALKING MEDITATION AT THE KEY WEST BUTTERFLY & NATURE CONSERVATORY

Be invited into the present moment as you practice walking meditation accompanied by the winged beauties of the Key West Butterfly & Nature Conservatory. Home to hundreds of fluttering butterflies & exotic birds, the enclosed habitat receives sunlight through the glass ceiling above illuminating a tropical oasis, welcoming relaxation, and inspiring feelings of lightness. VIP Guests will have access to one half-hour guided walking meditation practice.
FESTIVAL KICK-OFF PARTY

Start the weekend in style and bliss at our Festival Kick-Off Party and VIP check-in. VIP festival guests will receive a VIP gift bag, but this is no ordinary check-in. The Kick-Off Party is held on iconic lower Duval Street, just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, at the Green Pineapple Wellness Center, a natural and holistic retreat in the heart of Old Town Key West. Take the opportunity to privately explore its inspirational lifestyle boutique offering chic island apparel, yoga wear, handmade jewelry, stones, essential oils and organic skincare. Take a seat at the café for a fresh kombucha on draft. After the party, take a moonlight stroll down Duval Street or dip your toes in the sand at South Beach. But do not forget to rest for the exciting weekend ahead!
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY – HIGGS BEACH

The setting is the stunning Higgs Beach & White Street Pier, located on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean just minutes from Duval Street in Old Town Key West. Visitors from around the world travel to enjoy the warmth of the sand and view the beautiful turquoise waters of the Florida Keys. Nestled among historic landmarks and local attractions, the Festival will extend from the Edward B. Knight (White Street) Pier and extend along Higgs Beach past Salute, the beachside restaurant situated at Higgs Beach. Ordinarily a public space, this weekend paradise will be reserved exclusively for guests of the Key West Yoga and Wellness Festival.
Throughout both days, explore a variety of yoga classes and workshops infused with the sounds of yoga and kirtan. Kick off the Festival Friday morning with an unforgettable yoga experience with DJ Drez and Marti Nikko, fostering presence and belonging. Attend “flight school” with Raghunath, and play with handstands and inversions under the careful watch of our trained yoga professionals. Experience the energetic and musical classes taught by Dawn B. Feinberg, widely recognized as one of the most charismatic and highly respected yoga teachers in South Florida. If you are new to yoga, take a fundamentals class to learn the basics or a gentle, restorative class designed for any age group. On Saturday, bring the children along to explore their own area dedicated to play, fun, laughter, and, of course, a healthy dose of yoga and movement.
Take a break from your physical practice to learn about all topics related to whole-body wellness, from nutrition and ayurvedic medicine to chakras and essential oils. Enjoy a relaxing massage. During the day, take some time to shop in the Festival Marketplace, with its unique array of vendor booths offering yoga and fitness apparel, organic products, local art, aromatherapy, crystals and stones, and healthy and organic food.
KIRTAN WITH RAGHUNATH AT THE ERNEST HEMINGWAY HOME & MUSEUM

Reserved exclusively for VIP Guests of the Festival, the Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum graciously hosts Kirtan & live music among the lush gardens and lavish home of prolific author, Ernest Hemingway, and its current tenants, the Hemingway cats. Guests will explore the world of Kirtan with famed yogi and musician Raghunath, leading you through a musical and spiritual journey of ancient chanting. Become completely immersed in the sounds of yoga, with no words to distract the mind. Let the magic of the chants carry you within, surrounded by the lush gardens and historic surroundings of the legendary Ernest Hemingway Home.
DJ DREZ DANCE PARTY ON HIGGS BEACH

Join famed yogi, sound engineer and turntablist DJ Drez for a soulful dance party under the moonlight, surrounding by the shimmering waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Kick off your shoes and feel your toes dancing in the sand!
As a VIP, you will have exclusive access to the VIP Lounge to enjoy heathy lite bites and wine and beer during the dance party.
DJ Drez is a Journey into Sound. A master of his craft in the studio and on stage, Drez cuts and composes profoundly original tracks that facilitate body movement practice of all forms— be it dance, yoga asana or after-hours intimate/ecstatic.Drez transforms the vibe of any scene his sound is set upon. SUNDAY – SOUTHERNMOST HOUSE

The last day of the Festival showcases classic Key West style. The backdrop is the magnificent Southernmost House, a restored Victorian mansion perfectly situated at the water’s edge and the boutique hotel of choice for Presidents, royalty, and famous figures like Ernest Hemingway. Undoubtedly one of the most gorgeous settings on the island, you will have exclusive access to the famous grounds for a final celebration of mind, body and spirit.
Take in the breathtaking oceanfront views of this unforgettable property. Nourish your mind with a one-of-a-kind yoga experience on the Southernmost pier overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with musical yoga classes by Dawn B. Feinberg and DJ Drez. Experience a sound meditation infused with the sounds of nature, and tie the weekend together with a Cayo Hueso (Key West) flow by an inspirational Key West teacher.
Pamper yourself with a mini spa treatment, or learn to make your own mala or prayer flag in one of our workshops. Experience an energy healing session. Relax in the shady poolside cabana and nibble on delicious, nutritious treats prepared by our gourmet chefs. Which is the best package? We encourage you to purchase the VIP Festival Package, which includes all the events and exclusive VIP-only celebrations.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Saturday’s Kids Zone is reserved for children 12 and under. Admission tickets are $10 at the gate.
Sunday is 18-and over.
There are no age restrictions for other events. General admission prices apply for all ages, except Saturday’s Kids Zone.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Limited parking is available in the Higgs Beach area and at the Southernmost House. Parking in Key West is always challenging, especially for events in Old Town. We encourage participants to walk, bike or take public transportation whenever possible, and to be mindful of the residential-permit-only on-street parking. No transportation is provided to and from the events.
What are the options for travel to and from Key West? The most convenient option for air travel is to arrive at Key West International Airport. Alternatively, you may arrive at Miami International Airport (or surrounding airports) and enjoy a spectacular drive down the historic Overseas Highway, over its 42 bridges, breathing in the colorful views of the fabulous Florida Keys. Keys Shuttle, car rentals, taxi services and ride share services are available from Miami International and surrounding airports. Once on the island, bikes, scooters and golf carts are available to rent. The island is small and easy to navigate. Vehicle parking is limited.
What accommodations options are available in Key West? Key West has an incredible selection of hotels, guesthouses, vacation homes, and private residences that offer everything from luxury accommodations to options for traveling on a budget.
What can I bring into the events? To reduce our carbon footprint, we discourage bringing plastic or disposable water bottles to any of the events. Please bring reusable water bottles. No straws; we work to protect our fragile environment in the Keys. Bring your yoga mat, but please leave the chairs at home. Yoga mats will also be available for purchase. Bring sunscreen and a hat. Wear comfortable clothing and a smile! Backpacks are OK, but keep them small. And, remember, you’re in charge of your belongings. There are no lockers.
Are there bathroom facilities? Yes, bathrooms are available at all events, plus additional portable units, as needed.
What’s the refund policy? Passes are transferable. We will refund 100 percent of your ticket price, minus service fees, if you cancel within seven days prior to April 4. No refunds otherwise.
